President, US Commercials
Publicis Groupe is a global leader in communication, and they are seeking a President for their US Commercials division. The role involves leading the Groupe/Connected Media Commercial Strategy team to drive revenue growth and develop innovative commercial strategies for clients.

Responsibilities
Lead a vision and plan to drive achievement of Commercial Growth goals across existing and New Clients across all Groupe disciplines
Develop and apply commercial strategies that introduce Publicis capabilities, tools & tech, and talent into innovative and competitive commercial proposals, connecting our approach to media pricing and core business media planning and buying terms
Oversee commercial proposals for new multi-market business pitches, partnering with markets and streamlining into one compelling, global offer
Proactively explore and co-create new, sustainable revenue streams for Publicis Groupe in partnership with other disciplines and capabilities across the Groupe
Develop new commercial models, in particular monetization for platforms and value-based pricing
Champion value-based solutions within commercial discussions where appropriate
Proactively identify new added value ($) across tools, tech, and talent
Provide guidance and benchmarks to CFOs for staffing models that drive profitability
Identify areas to increase profitability through new products, talent, or scope changes
Partner with Client Leads, CFOs, and CEOs on contract renewal processes and / or renegotiations
Engage with Client Procurement teams to sell in Commercial terms
Drive the vision for best practices, playbooks, and automation for all commercial workflows
Collect data to support Commercials-related reporting for key stakeholders
Partner with Agencies and Legal teams to review and make recommendations when negotiating MSAs and other legal-related client terms
Develop relationships with the procurement community and intermediaries
Recruit talent as needed to deliver against above role goals
Qualification
Required
12-15+ years of agency and/or similar experience including Finance, Investment, Commercial and/or Operations
At least 8+ years in agency leadership roles within Client teams, Investment, Finance, Commercial and/or Operations
Senior level understanding of overall marketing inclusive of media, creative, production and/or applicable data and technology
Bachelor's degree
Has served in Global or Regional roles and has worked on large-scale clients with multiple markets
Familiar with negotiating MSAs/contract terms, scopes of work and other data-related legal documents
Ability to quickly build relationships across a large organization
Teamwork, proactivity, and ability to meet deadlines
Exceptional organization and listening skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Use creativity and innovation to problem solve
Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
