Responsibilities
Utilize MLS, networking, and online platforms to source new deals
Analyze market trends, property values, and neighborhood demographics
Perform financial analysis and property valuation to assess the profitability of potential acquisitions
Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms with sellers and agents
Coordinate and manage the due diligence process, including property inspections, and environmental assessments
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, property owners, and other industry professionals
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or related fields
Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment strategies, and property valuation techniques
Proven ability to analyze financial data and make informed investment decisions
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., Salesforce, MLS, Pipedrive)
Preferred
Texas Real Estate License
Experience with residential property acquisitions and underwriting
Familiarity with local real estate markets and regulations
