Seasonal Administrative Assistant

They are seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support tax professionals during busy tax periods by managing client communication, organizing documents, and providing general office support.
Accounting
Responsibilities
Provide office support, including answering phones, assisting clients, resolving and/or referring issues or inquires to proper staff
Manage calendar and schedule meetings for clients, prospects and outside vendors
Scan and upload tax documents into software system
Assist with various administrative functions as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of general office/clerical experience
Ability to work daytime hours Monday-Friday with potential availability for Saturday mornings
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
