They are seeking an intern to focus on enhancing customer experience through research and insights, which includes designing surveys and interpreting results to improve customer interactions with Dexcom products.

Responsibilities
Your role will focus on and creating meaningful impact on programs that enhance CX across the customer journey
You will gain experience designing and deploying voice of customer surveys, interpreting results, and working cross-functionally to share insights and develop action plans for continuous CX improvement
This position will also support cross functional collaborative CX initiatives in digital marketing that focus on educating and empowering customers in their use of Dexcom products
Qualification
Required
Requires a high school diploma/certificate or equivalent
Must be a currently enrolled student at an accredited college or university in pursuit of a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
Experience with survey tools (Survey Monkey, Qualtrics, etc.)
Customer-first mentality; driven to improve Dexcom's customer experience at every touchpoint
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Self-starter, takes initiative
