Processes a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company
Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within escalated authority limits
Responsible for preparing a high volume of daily estimates (typically 11–12 or more)
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Manage workload to meet tight deadlines and support team objectives
