Responsibilities
Make our sales team hum like a well-oiled machine that achieves (or overachieves!) its targets
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing coaching and guidance to enhance performance
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive enterprise sales growth
Ensure our top prospects are regularly engaged while allowing no stone left unturned
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
Utilize advanced sales technology to optimize the sales process and improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to lead and coach a sales team to achieve targets, with 3+ years' management experience
10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a successful track record
Strong knowledge of sales technology and modern prospecting processes
Excellent people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Highly organized and detail oriented
Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
Process-oriented with a strategic mindset
Sees opportunity in changing and is constantly evolving their go-to-to-market skills and knowledge
