Responsibilities
Managing daily cash activity, cash forecasts, and transaction processing (ACH, wire, payroll fees, loan payments, etc.)
Owning the accounts payable process and supporting positive vendor relationships
Supporting payroll and year-end tax compliance (W-2s and 1099s)
Preparing financial reports for business leaders, departments, and consolidated entities
Analyzing weekly KPIs and monthly KORs to track performance
Leading month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and allocations
Supporting audits, sales/use tax compliance, and year-end financial reviews
Managing fixed assets, depreciation, and disposals
Serving as Divvy/Bill.com administrator for company credit cards
Helping improve processes and systems to make our work more efficient and accurate
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of accounting experience (corporate or public)
Experience with multi-entity accounting (a plus)
Working knowledge of GAAP, financial statements, and reconciliations
Comfort with accounting systems (Sage Intacct preferred) and strong Excel skills
Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP
Preferred
CPA or CMA certification (nice to have, not required)
