Qualification
Required
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven sales experience, including client relationship building, prospecting, and business development
Expertise in market analysis, sales forecasting, and developing strategic marketing plans
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to meet sales targets, work under pressure, and adapt to new marketing trends
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Preferred
Knowledge of hotel operations and third-party management systems is preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotel sales, is highly preferred
