New Grad, Entry LevelLiberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is seeking a Mortgage Disclosure Desk Specialist to join the Mortgage team. The successful candidate should have experience in the mortgage field and excellent communication skills to work with both staff and members.

Responsibilities
Prepare, mail and track mortgage loan disclosures
Determine necessary fees for the loan
Prepare correspondence for the borrower to inform them of required loan documentation
Re-disclose when necessary due to 'changed circumstances'
Assign loan files to Mortgage Processing Assistants as needed
Order supporting loan documentation from vendors
Follow-up on all vendor orders for processors and originators
Send out mailings as needed for the mortgage department
Log into the ACD phone system to field and answer incoming mortgage calls
Develop a working knowledge of the credit unions data processing system, loan origination system, Word, and Excel software
Develop an understanding of credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws, and operational procedures
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or management
Qualification
Required
Experience in the mortgage field
Familiarity with the mortgage loan process
Excellent communication skills to work with both staff and members
Ability to work a 40 hour work week including Saturdays on a rotating basis
Willingness to work occasional overtime during peak periods
