They are seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to lead mass grading and earthwork projects from preconstruction through execution, managing budgeting, scheduling, and cost control.

Manage projects post-award, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost control

Oversee self-performed earthwork and coordinate field operations

Collaborate with operations, superintendents, and leadership on project strategy

Support bid reviews, risk assessment, and project planning

Required
