Responsibilities
Design, configure, and maintain complex OnBase Workflow, WorkView, Unity Forms, and Document Management solutions
Develop custom integrations using Unity API, REST APIs, and OnBase SDK
Architect scalable solutions aligned with business goals, compliance requirements, and system best practices
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of OnBase initiatives, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post‑launch optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, external vendors, and process owners
Coordinate project timelines, dependencies, and resources while ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery
Partner with business units to assess workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend automation strategies
Implement and refine process automation using Workflow, WorkView, RPA connectors, and integration services
Champion continuous improvement and system optimization across the ECM ecosystem
Oversee environment configuration, performance tuning, updates, and patching
Manage security roles, user groups, document types, system settings, and retention schedules
Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure system reliability and uptime
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands‑on Hyland OnBase experience, including workflow design, configuration, and administration
5+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology, ECM, or business process automation projects
Proven expertise in Unity API development, C#, .NET, REST, or related integration technologies
Strong background in process automation consulting, business analysis, and workflow optimization
Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Proficient with OnBase components such as: Configuration Client, WorkView / Case Management, Workflow Designer, OnBase Studio, Unity Client
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences
Preferred
Hyland certifications such as: OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA), OnBase Certified WorkView Developer (OCWV), OnBase API Certification (OCAPI)
Experience with Hyland Cloud, OnBase Foundation versions, intelligent data capture, or enterprise system integrations (ERP, CRM, EMR, etc.)
Background in document management, content lifecycle governance, or enterprise architecture
