Work closely with engineering and demand planning to understand and layout projects going through research operations
Work with lab management concerning priorities and understanding what is coming to the labs
Function as a point of contact for project statuses for programs and management

Required

Bachelors Degree in Business or a Technical Field with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Masters degree with 1 year of professional experience – OR – PhD with 0 years of professional experience
Demonstrate the ability to lead multiple projects at the same time
Working knowledge of MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Experience with time management, organizational and planning skills
Detail oriented

Preferred

Experience with rocket motor manufacturing and development
Experience working with research labs
Experience coordinating efforts between engineering, labs, and management
Experience working with program and factory schedules
PMP or similar certification
