Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering leaders to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs (e.g., succession planning, workforce development, compensation, and EEO) that align with business goals
Project Management: Lead, plan, and execute multiple concurrent HR projects from inception to completion, driving organizational change and process improvements
Talent & Performance Management: Drive talent identification, performance management, and career development initiatives to build bench strength and enhance employee retention
Employee Relations & Culture: Act as a trusted advisor to build a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment
Collaboration: Work closely with HR peers, leaders, and Centers of Excellence (COE’s) including compensation, employee relations, legal, and organization effectiveness to deliver seamless HR solutions across the organization
Communication: Effectively engage with a geographically dispersed leadership team, demonstrating strong cross-cultural awareness

Required

Bachelor's degree AND 2 years of Human Resources experience
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet business needs
Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time

Preferred

Strong technical competence across one or more HR disciplines: Leadership Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations
Demonstrated experience in prioritizing the workday, balancing multiple projects, and working across multiple deadlines
Proficiency in Workday
Previous HR experience in Aerospace & Defense
Current/active DoD clearance
