Required

Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI and Polygraph
Requires a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of prior relevant experience OR Master's degree with 2+ years of prior relevant experience
Analyze program operations, performance metrics, and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Track progress of ongoing projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and compliance requirements
Support development and maintenance of program plans, processes, dashboards, and reporting tools
Prepare and deliver routine and ad hoc reports, leveraging data to inform decisions at the branch, division, and executive levels
Develop and maintain program documentation, process guides, flow charts, and best-practice materials
Support communication between leadership, technical teams, and external partners
Participate in meetings, briefings, and strategy sessions, providing accurate data and analyses that enhance operational visibility
Contribute to the development, refinement, and implementation of program and process improvement initiatives

Preferred

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of prior relevant experience OR a Master's degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience
Prior experience working with an intelligence community department or agency
Proficiency with collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office, SharePoint, Power BI)
Support the implementation of enterprise reporting and knowledge-sharing platforms such as SharePoint or Power BI
Assist with resource tracking, financial reconciliation, and budget monitoring
Conduct data review and forecasting to support efficient allocation of staff, materials, and program dollars
Maintain and update risk and opportunity registers, supporting identification and mitigation of program risks
Assist in preparing materials for senior leadership presentations and decision forums
Support standardization efforts across business units and assist in implementing new systems, tools, and workflows
Provide coordination for cross-functional projects and ensure tasks are executed effectively and on schedule
