Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure product success
Assist in product development and management activities
Help with documentation and reporting of product performance
Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, UX, Sales, and Customer Success
Help with documentation and reporting of product performance
Support creation and refinement of product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Participate in roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and sprint ceremonies

Required

Recent graduate of a bachelor's degree completed in December 2024 or after in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or Management
3.0+ GPA
0-2 years of professional work experience
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role

Preferred

Previous internship experience
Majors such as Business, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps, or Trello
Ability to break down complex problems and translate data into actionable insights
Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with all levels of staff and leaders
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
