Responsibilities
Continuously develop candidate sources by utilizing Boolean search tools, social media, attending networking events, etc
Conducts interviews to qualify and match multiple candidates to appropriate job orders
Consistently follow up with hiring managers and candidates in scheduling phone and on-site interviews
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective engineering talents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience
Must be from a staffing, payrolling or workforce consulting firm
Must come from mid-high volume outreach environment
Ability to build strong relationships with account managers, hiring managers, and other recruiters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred
Knowledge of ATS and CRM applications is a plus
