Responsibilities
Troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining the CNC Drilling and Routing equipment
Perform preventative maintenance (PM) per PM schedule and/or as required
Work on other line maintenance equipment as required
Qualification
Required
Basic AC/DC certificate, AA degree or trade school equivalent
Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Excellon printed circuit board drilling/routing machines or other automated CNC Machines
Experience in a production/manufacturing environment
Strong electromechanical skills, ability to read machine prints and troubleshoot to board level
Strong communication skills, self starter, able to get along with others & work with minimal supervision
Minimum 2-4 years of Line Maintenance experience
Mechanically inclined, able to work with a large variety of hand tools and power tools, electric high & low voltage
Some heavy lifting
Must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident
Preferred
Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Excellon printed circuit board drilling/routing machines or other automated CNC Machines
Strong electromechanical skills, ability to read machine prints and troubleshoot to board level
Minimum 2-4 years of Line Maintenance experience
