Responsibilities
Ensure donor, event attendee, and people of interest information is accurately recorded into the fundraising database. Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency. Update constituent records and maintain coding standards
Run standard queries and exports for mailing lists and reports. Assist with generating routine data reports for internal stakeholders
Work closely with Manager, CRM, Data, & Analytics to maintain system integrity. Provide basic end-user assistance and ensure policy and procedure documentation are up to date
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience in data entry or database support (nonprofit experience preferred)
Bachelor degree
