Research Coordinator
The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee is seeking a Research Coordinator to support a new NIH-funded project focused on computerized cognitive training for obsessive-compulsive related disorders. The role involves participant recruitment, data collection, and administrative tasks, ensuring rigorous data management and compliance with research protocols.

Responsibilities
Arrange for advertisements to be posted to recruit participants
Oversee recruitment and screening of participants
Assist with creating protocols to ensure rigorous data collection
Test all data collection procedures
Conduct troubleshooting and problem solving regarding data collection prior to and throughout the project
Train and supervise student and other volunteer staff who will be helping to collect data
Assist with data collection
Ensure all study staff maintain current human subjects research and other regulatory training
Ensure all collected data is properly organized, stored, and backed up
Track progress of participants as they complete the intervention
Assist with scoring and analysis of this data
Manage participant financial compensation and tracking of funds
Order necessary supplies for data collection
Assist with other study tasks as needed
Maintains organization of research records according to established policies and procedures
Assists in composing and organizing research reports and manuscripts to provide updates on unit objectives
Assists with conducting experiments or interviews, collecting and analyzing data, and documenting results according to established protocols
Tracks supply and equipment inventory levels and places replenishment orders
Schedules logistics and secures resources for research supplies, equipment, and facilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in psychology, neuroscience, or related field
Experience managing/leading research projects with human participants
Experience with IRB and other regulatory compliance
Experience administering study protocols to human participants
Preferred
Experience supervising and training study staff
Experience cleaning and processing data
