Responsibilities
Direct several construction projects simultaneously, managing timelines, priorities, and field execution
Lead project planning discussions to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success measures
Build detailed project schedules, identify major milestones, and track progress throughout each phase
Coordinate on site activity and ensure alignment between contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Monitor project budgets, support invoice tracking, and maintain accurate financial documentation
Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and partner with teams to resolve issues quickly
Communicate project updates clearly through meetings, reports, and ongoing stakeholder engagement
Maintain thorough project records including notes, documentation, databases, and performance tracking tools
Assign resources appropriately, support team productivity, and provide coaching when needed
Capture lessons learned and share best practices to strengthen future project outcomes
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of hands on construction project management experience
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage work in a fast paced field environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups and backgrounds
Experience with project tracking tools such as Excel and Smartsheet or similar platforms
Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and risk in complex project settings
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered
