Account Manager
Greene Resources is seeking an Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team. The role involves managing an assigned book of business, serving as the primary point of contact for client benefit-related needs, and advising clients on benefits strategies.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain an assigned book of business
Serve as the primary point of contact for client benefit-related needs
Lead and manage the full renewal process in collaboration with consultants
Conduct client needs analyses, strategy discussions, and enrollment meetings
Advise clients on cost containment and competitive benefits strategies
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
Coordinate with internal service teams to meet service deliverables
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience in account management or a consultative role within benefits or insurance
Current Life and Health insurance license
Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary benefit products
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage complex accounts and multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
