Support and Reliability Logistics Analyst
VLinc Corporation is seeking a Support and Reliability Logistics Analyst who will be responsible for developing key sections of the Logistics Plan and supporting documentation to ensure system maintainability, reliability, and operational readiness. The role involves collaborating with Shield AI and internal teams to document Support and Test Equipment, analyze system Reliability and Maintainability, and prepare the Systems Support Package.

Responsibilities
Identify and document all necessary testing and support equipment required to maintain the system
Develop calibration schedules and guidelines to ensure test equipment remains operational throughout the system lifecycle
Collaborate with Shield AI to gather existing S&TE data and integrate it into the Logistics Plan
Ensure S&TE documentation complies with ANSI GEIA-STD-0007 standards for consistency and accuracy
Analyze the system's reliability and maintainability characteristics, including failure modes and expected downtime
Recommend corrective actions and strategies to optimize system performance throughout its lifecycle
Work with Shield AI to incorporate existing R&M data and government recommendations into the final deliverable
Assist in subcontractor coordination for R&M calculations and analyses when required
Develop a comprehensive SSP that outlines all technical support elements required for system maintenance
Include part specifications, operational guidelines, and provisioning data to ensure the system remains fully supported
Collect and integrate existing data provided by Shield AI into the SSP, ensuring compliance with ANSI GEIA-STD-0007
Work closely with program managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure data accuracy and completeness in deliverables
Coordinate with Shield AI to define the scope of work and provide support for additional data collection as needed
Ensure all deliverables meet applicable government and industry standards, including ANSI GEIA-STD-0007
Review and validate documentation for accuracy, consistency, and usability
Identify potential gaps or risks in S&TE, R&M, or SSP documentation and propose actionable solutions
Monitor system changes and adjust documentation to reflect updated requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in logistics planning, reliability analysis, or support documentation development, preferably in defense or government programs
Strong knowledge of ANSI GEIA-STD-0007 and related standards for logistics documentation
Familiarity with reliability engineering principles, including failure modes and corrective actions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Adobe Acrobat)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail

Experience coordinating with subcontractors and external stakeholders is a plus
