Associate Director, Finance – Pricing GTN

Responsibilities
Assist in managing and consolidating the quarterly process of reviewing sales reserve of ~$16 billion in rebate reserves while leading the contra-receivables accounts and copay rebates
Perform quarterly reconciliations for Copay prepaids
Review journal entries and ensure timely Blackline approvals
Collaborate with Price Forecasting monthly; analyze variances and recommend necessary adjustments
Lead or support internal and external quarterly and annual audits and reviews. Key controls are related to Immunology coupon prepaids and pipeline accruals
Lead or support internal and external quarterly and annual audits and reviews
Responsible for Purchase Orders tracking in partnership with the Copay COE team
Assist on direct debit vendors (IQVIA & Relay)
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation, including IPE (Information Provided by Entity) shared with auditors
Supervise, mentor, and develop two direct reports
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., chargebacks, contracting, government, price forecasting) to ensure alignment and provide critical information to all management levels
Operate independently and proactively, engaging with finance leadership to support organizational goals
Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert on Gross-to-Net Balance Sheet topics; deliver training and guidance to business partners as needed
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 7-10 years of combined experience in pricing, forecasting, and/or accounting is required
Must have strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, along with good interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels of management
Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical and content skills
Ability to synthesize, critically analyze, efficiently communicate large volume of information, develop identify risks, recommendations and implement solutions is required
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to consistently provide clear and concise written and verbal communication, excellent presentation skills
Ability to manage workload to meet critical deadlines under challenging time constraints
Ability to make decisions without full data set or with ambiguity and uncertainty
Preferred
Previous pharmaceutical experience is preferred
Blackline and Kernel systems experience desired
