Responsibilities
Prepare and review CAM reconciliations and ensure accurate CAM data management
Manage operating expenses, including coding accuracy, tracking, and reporting
Prepare budget-to-actual analyses and support ongoing property-level forecasting
Conduct revenue and expense analysis to support operational and financial decision-making
Partner with Asset Management and Property Management teams to gather information and ensure financial accuracy
Review lease-related financial data and maintain data integrity within Yardi
Support day-to-day property accounting activities with minimal oversight
Maintain organized documentation and ensure readiness for internal review or audit
Qualification
Required
5-7+ years of commercial real estate accounting experience
Strong CAM reconciliation expertise with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in Yardi (financial modules)
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting
Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and comfort in a fast-paced environment
