Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified healthcare professionals
Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to forecast staffing needs and provide regular status updates
Source candidates using various tools and platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn) and maintain recruitment workflows
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates; conduct reference checks and verify credentials
Manage job offers, compensation discussions, and onboarding scheduling
Build and maintain relationships with marketing teams, referral sources, and industry contacts to expand candidate networks
Track and update recruitment KPIs in the applicant tracking system
Oversee onboarding, offboarding and manage HR functions, including performance reviews, benefits inquiries, and grievance resolution
Maintain all staff credentials and HR documents to ensure compliance
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of recruitment/talent acquisition and HR experience
Possess an ability to be proactive and compassionate in recruitment approach
Highly organized and flexible with an ability to multitask in a fast paced and changing environment
Able to communicate clearly and positively with a high level of interpersonal skills as the face of Acacia Health
Must be able to work 40 hours per week physically in our Irvine office Monday through Friday, with occasional early morning, after hours, or weekend work to effectively communicate with potential candidates who work various shifts
Preferred
Minimum 1 year of home health or hospice recruitment experience preferred
