IT Technician Social & Digital Marketing Specialist
Country Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and tech-forward IT, Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our dealership’s technology systems, online presence, and digital marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of IT support, creative marketing, and data-driven strategy—helping drive traffic, leads, and customer engagement while keeping dealership systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Maintain and support dealership computer systems, networks, printers, and related hardware
Troubleshoot basic IT issues for staff and coordinate with third-party vendors when needed
Manage user access, security settings, backups, and software updates
Support dealership systems such as DMS, CRM, phone systems, and internet connectivity
Ensure data security and best practices for system usage
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Capture photos and videos of inventory, staff, promotions, and dealership events
Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner
Monitor trends and recommend creative content ideas to increase reach and engagement
Maintain brand voice and consistency across all social channels
Manage website updates, inventory listings, and landing pages
Assist with SEO, SEM, and online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Track and report on performance metrics including traffic, leads, and conversion rates
Coordinate email marketing campaigns and digital promotions
Work closely with sales and management teams to support monthly marketing goals
Qualification
Required
Experience in IT support, digital marketing, or social media management (automotive industry experience a plus)
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with CRM systems, DMS platforms, and website CMS tools preferred
Comfortable with photo/video editing tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
