Registration Quality-Training Coordinator

The Quality Assurance Coordinator role supports the Patient Access Services department by ensuring high quality work and service, promoting accountability, and facilitating continuous improvement in patient access functions.

Responsibilities

Support the Patient Access Services department in the assessment of patient access functions
Ensure high quality work and service that both protects the financial well-being of the organization and promotes a positive experience for our patients
Promote awareness, accountability and continuous improvement
Assist in tracking and monitoring key process changes
Provide education and training to leaders and/or staff on QA-related procedures
Analyze trends in error data and coordinate with stakeholders on education and application development needs
Triage issues reported by other departments to coordinate improvement needs
Assist with oversite of compliance or identified risk areas
Assist in working patient access related billing exception edits (errors) as needed to analyze trends
Perform functional audits related to process changes and risk areas
Distribute assigned reports
Serve as subject matter experts for other staff
Assist with systems testing needs
Display exemplary Partners behaviors to fellow staff members

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Able to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams

2-3 years registration, training and Revenue Cycle
