Ballston Spa National Bank is a community-minded financial institution seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Relationship Manager to join their Wilton Office team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality customer experience, process financial service transactions, and support the Relationship Manager in day-to-day tasks to ensure branch efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer experience ensuring the customers' needs are met
Process basic to complex financial service transactions with a focus on detecting and reporting fraud and irregular activities
Identify opportunities of benefit for customers and assist with depository account opening, maintenance on deposit accounts, consumer lending, and other products and services
Serve as a referral source to other lines of business for customer needs and enhancements
Support the Relationship Manager with day-to-day tasks to ensure branch efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements
Contribute to and support the overall branch sales goal
Coach and develop branch colleagues

Qualification

Customer service skillsSales experienceCash handling experienceSupervisory experienceData inputRetrievalAssociate's degree

Required

Associate's degree in business or related field
One to three years' experience in a sales and/or service-oriented position
Prior cash handling experience
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
Ability to use computer to input and retrieve data
