Responsibilities
Setup and Operate all Phasix manufacturing equipment including measuring gauges, die cutters, and pouch sealing machines
Clean and inspect components prior to assembly or final packaging as required
Assemble, inspect, and package devices per relevant operating procedures
Operate the Label Printer
Work independently in a clean room (class 10,000) environment with minimal supervision
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory/procedural requirements at all times
Complete all relevant Device History Records (DHR) as required, complying with Quality System requirements
Vacuum, clean and sanitize rooms, manufacturing areas and equipment as required
Maintain a good attendance and on-time record as outlined in the Attendance Guidelines for our facility
The ability to work overtime, as needed
Perform other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Must have ability to read, write, interpret, comprehend, and consistently follow specifications written in English
Computer literacy / basic ability to use Microsoft Office required
High School diploma or GED required
Three or more years of experience in manufacturing or assembly operations required
Experience in medical devices or other regulated industry required
