Responsibilities
Develop and lead both BOH and FOH operations to uphold and exceed hospitality standards
Build lasting guest relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
Own all aspects of financial management, including P&L, labor and food cost control, and inventory
Train, develop, and mentor team members for high performance and advancement
Adapt operations, staffing, and marketing to fit unique market needs
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and HR regulations while maintaining a positive team culture
Qualification
Required
Proven back-of-house experience as a kitchen manager and front-of-house experience as a general manager
Stable employment history, demonstrating loyalty and tenure of 1–2+ years in prior roles
Strong commitment to hospitality standards and guest engagement
Ability to execute a 100% table touch program and foster deep guest relationships
Demonstrated operational leadership, accountability, and discipline
Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, allergen controls, and regulatory compliance
Experience in enforcing safe food handling practices
Willingness and ability to work in the Orlando or Tampa markets
Preferred
Prior success growing sales through hospitality and operational leadership
Ability to stabilize and grow underperforming restaurant locations
Experience building local market presence and adapting to community dynamics
Direct experience with market-entry or turnaround strategies
