Responsibilities

Full-life cycle financial management for prime contracts and subcontracts including complex IDIQ contracts with multiple task orders, CLINs and SLIN/ACRN
Coordinate, collaborate and communicate efficiently and effectively with vendors, employees, Program Managers, and Corporate Contracts/Subcontracts, Purchasing, Accounting, HR departments and C-suite executive team
Manage financial data and prepare recurring financial reports in accordance with contract requirements including tracking and analyzing detailed spend plan vs. actual costs, graphs and briefs
Prepare cost estimates for contract labor, travel, material and ODCs
Develop and manage contract funding allocations, expenditure timelines, verify funding requirements, and resolve issues
Review vendor invoices for completeness, accuracy, and compliance and resolve issues with vendors
Prepare and manage financial data for recurring contract Program Management Reviews, prepare briefs, and present information to
Analyze contracts, subcontracts and funding modifications with attention to financial detail

Required

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, or related discipline is preferred; 10+ years of relevant experience. Degree can be substituted with 15+ years of relevant experience
Secret (must be a US Citizen)

Preferred

Tracking financial data for Government contracts and subcontracts including IDIQs with multiple task orders, CLINs, SLINs/ACRNs, and 200+ staff
Tailoring and managing spend plans to track labor, material, travel and ODCs
Supporting Corporate operations in the Government Contractor industry
Creating cost estimates
Using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams, including advanced Excel capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working independently and with a geographically dispersed team
Financial management leadership skills including ability to prioritize tasking, mitigate risks, and resolve issues
Leading, training and managing junior-level financial analysts
Implementing financial management process improvements and participating in financial reviews, audits and certifications
