Responsibilities
Lead and inspire multiple teams to deliver robust, scalable systems across both modern and legacy platforms
Work closely with senior technologists to set strategic directions, architect solutions, and balance short-term objectives with long-term vision
Represent your area to executive leaders, articulating plans, risks, and impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Champion organizational growth by building new teams, driving reorganizations, and recruiting top talent
Convert business strategy into actionable and measurable technical outcomes that delight our customers and drive the company's success
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in software development, including 5+ years leading multiple teams or managers in modern technology organizations
Proven ability to deliver complex, production-grade systems at scale across a range of products and platforms
Strong understanding of current architectures, including microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, CI/CD, security, and observability
Experience leading modernization initiatives or large migration projects in blended technology environments
