Content Development & Brand Manager
PwrQ is seeking a Content Development & Brand Manager to lead the development of high-quality content and brand-aligned messaging. This role is responsible for translating technical capabilities into clear content that supports customer engagement and company communications.

Responsibilities
Own and drive content development across brand, product, corporate, and executive communications
Develop and manage content across channels, including: Website and product pages; Thought leadership and POV content; Sales enablement and customer-facing materials; Internal communications and executive messaging; and Social media content
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership to ensure technical accuracy and message clarity
Maintain brand consistency across all written and visual content
Manage external writers, agencies, and freelancers as needed
Support product launches, brand campaigns, and strategic announcements
Support across broader marketing initiatives as needed, including events, campaigns, and cross-functional priorities
Establish content standards, workflows, and governance to ensure quality and consistency
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in content development, brand, or marketing communications
Proven ability to simplify complex technical topics without losing credibility
Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with high standards
Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Preferred
Experience in power, energy, data centers, industrial manufacturing, or similarly technical industries strongly preferred
