10+ years expNet2Source is seeking a Network VoIP Engineer to be responsible for root cause investigation and analysis of large scale systematic failures occurring in the LAN, WAN, VoIP Telephony, and Carrier Infrastructure. The role requires extensive hands-on operational experience to troubleshoot complex networking problems in a large scale enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve existing network issues as they arise in and the Enterprise Network environment
Make configuration changes to hubs, routers, switches, etc., as necessary to ensure that maximum network performance is maintained
Conduct network audits collecting and interpreting complex information, provide informed analysis, develop recommendations and educate stakeholders on implications to support decision making
Interpret packet captures, network routers, switches, voice gateways, CUCM debug logging data from multiple sources and fix the problems
Qualification
Required
10 years of direct hands-on operational and network engineering experience
Strong aptitude for logic. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrable Cisco routing and switching add/change/delete and troubleshooting skills
Skills to organize large volume of work with conflicting priorities
Work with customer high level business executives
Produce well written business level communications
Skilled at working with multiple groups and coordinate activities
Preferred
CCIE level expertise
Past experiencing conducting network security assessment and traffic/protocol analysis
Skilled at Cisco call management, ACD/IVR troubleshooting
