The VP, Global Resource Planning will develop and maintain a master schedule that aligns project work across various capabilities and geographies, ensuring that operational and financial needs are met.

Events

Responsibilities

Deliver schedule updates on a regular cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
Make recommendations based on schedule to achieve the company’s financial goals
Work directly with capability leaders to develop and deliver crucial capacity information
Continue to evaluate and develop tools to improve the scheduling process
Develops and maintains metrics to understand how the company is achieving its schedule related goals
Coaching direct reports to support and influence capabilities based on what the schedule is showing
Collaboration across OLT, ELT and Competency leaders to develop solutions which provide crucial scheduling data to managers to better make decisions

Required

10 plus years' experience scheduling in a fast paced and varied project environment
Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Scheduling or related field required
Experience with ERP Systems
Experience with PSA (Professional Service Automation)

Preferred

Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
Experience in an engineering environment a plus
Experience in any sort of creative environment a plus
Understanding of supply chain management a plus
