Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with regional distributors and end-user customers
Own and develop the assigned account base within the territory
Achieve assigned sales revenue and margin targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Monitor competitive activity and market trends
Plan, track, and report sales activity using CRM tools
Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer needs and sales objectives
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data within Salesforce

Required

5+ years of sales experience, preferably in foodservice, paper, or specialty distribution
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and margin goals
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
Ability to travel up to 50%
