The Senior Business Process Consultant provides strategic guidance and operational support for process improvement initiatives within the Duals program, focusing on end-to-end process mapping and optimization of operational workflows.

Hospital & Health Care

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end process and experience mapping for Duals operational workstreams
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across multiple functions
Develop root cause analysis and defect prevention strategies based on evidence and data
Support data analysis, governance, and visualization of business processes to inform decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of process improvement initiatives
Document and maintain updated process maps and improvement plans
Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure awareness and support for process improvement initiatives
Provides other related support as needed to improve the performance of the business
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
6+ years managing projects required
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI required

Preferred

Master's Degree in a related field preferred
Experience in health care and/or insurance preferred
Process quality certification preferred
