Responsibilities
Ensure data integrity and alignment of processes of master data with the CMMS system within established service level agreements
Primary gatekeeper of the master data change request lifecycle
Primary executor of change management requests working with required stakeholders
Secondary provider of data extracts in support of data management bulk requests
Enforce data management request integrity ensuring all required fields are compliant with procedures
Secondary provides tags numbers for new assets upon request
Review data management queue and escalate issues
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience with a CMMS with maintenance and calibration, Maximo experience is preferred
Experience in a GxP environment or equivalent knowledge of GxP requirements
Basic knowledge of maintenance, operations and engineering generally attained through studies resulting in a b.s., in engineering, a related discipline, or its equivalent
Ability to communicate with stakeholders
Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision
