Responsibilities
Lead cross-channel performance strategy (display, content syndication, digital audio, CTV)
Work cross functionally with social team to ensure alignment and integrated measurements
Develop, optimize, and scale paid programs that meet ROI and lead-quality targets
Oversee campaign measurement frameworks-guiding dashboard design, reporting cadence, and actionable insights
Partner with strategy, creative, and client teams to translate data into decisions
Coach and grow a high-performing team grounded in curiosity, rigor, and accountability
Primary Goal: To help clients drive measurable ROI through data-driven marketing strategies aimed at client customer engagement, leads, and pipeline growth and ultimately conversions
Qualification
Required
6–8 years in digital or performance marketing
hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and reporting across major platforms
strategically analytical and focused on campaign optimization to insure each dollar spent results in measurable business outcomes
proven ability to synthesize data into insight and influence stakeholders
strong communication and presentation skills
experience managing or mentoring small teams
comfort with tools such as OpenAI, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and Looker/Tableau
Preferred
agency or B2B preferred
familiarity with martech and CRM tool (e.g. Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) integration to deliver a consolidated view from visit to lead closure
