Responsibilities

Proactively engage consumers via phone and digital channels to introduce innovative healthcare products, demonstrating their impact on quality of life.Build lasting relationships by providing consultative, personalized solutions and addressing unique customer needs
Guide customers through the purchasing process, resolving issues, and recommending products to ensure a seamless experience
Maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and future field sales leader

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, inside sales, or healthcare preferred
Strong communication skills (verbal and electronic), consultative selling ability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and web-based applications
Self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing business needs
