As the Territory Sales Manager for Northern California, you will own your territory, build relationships, and drive sales growth while selling solutions that improve patient safety and training for healthcare professionals.

Own and exceed your annual sales quota
Grow existing accounts and win new customers across hospitals and academic institutions
Sell a diverse portfolio including capital equipment, software, services, and training
Build trusted advisor relationships with clinical, academic, and executive stakeholders
Manage your pipeline with strong CRM and forecast discipline
Prioritize smartly using Elevate’s 80/20 approach to maximize impact
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in sales
Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing, engineering, a clinical/medical field, or a related discipline
Must reside in the assigned territory (Northern California) and close to a major airport
Travel required (approximately 60–80%)
Preferred
Experience in the military and/or as a medical practitioner (Nursing, EMS, Technician, Educator, etc.)
Salesforce preferred
Power BI a plus
Experience selling diverse product portfolios across multiple sales models (e.g., capital equipment, software, services, professional services), with hands-on experience in at least two of these areas
