Marketing Coordinator
AMLI Residential is a leader in sustainable luxury apartment communities, seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives for their multi-family residential communities. The role includes project management, digital advertising support, outreach initiatives, and strategy development to enhance brand awareness and resident engagement.

Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including signage, collateral, photography/video, virtual tours, and 3D staging
Coordinate the planning, execution, and timely delivery of marketing projects for multiple properties
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met
Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and proactively address challenges
Maintain organized documentation and records for all marketing initiatives
Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including social media content creation, web editing, and email strategy
Ensure digital assets are accurate, timely, and aligned with brand guidelines across platforms
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices relevant to the multi-family residential sector
Collaborate with Regional Marketing Directors, Area Vice Presidents, and property teams to design and implement outreach programs aimed at generating qualified traffic and enhancing brand awareness
Execute outreach initiatives targeting local corporation employees to expand our resident pool
Partner with local businesses to elevate resident offerings and improve visibility
Implement strategies to increase referral traffic through community engagement and sponsorship at local events
Track, report, and measure the impact of community outreach activities on resident retention and satisfaction
Provide training and ongoing support to property teams regarding marketing expectations, including email campaigns, social media engagement, and resident events
Promote the 'campus' marketing concept across designated markets, such as Las Colinas and downtown Chicago
Conduct local market research to inform lease-up marketing strategies, incorporating competitor analysis and advertising partnerships
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years marketing related experience with exposure including digital advertising, branding, social media and/or project/account management
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Experience in marketing or project management. Experience in real estate or multi-family residential sectors is a big plus
Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
Up to 15% -20%, may be required to visit communities, meet with external partners, or property visits for projects, implementations, or acquisitions
