Responsibilities
Supervise one full-time employee and other seasonal/volunteer staff
Provide administrative assistance to management team
Manage, coordinate and advise region on personnel/HR actions
Uses computer skills to complete a variety of assignments
Anticipate needs of the region and welcome new assignments with excitement and flexibility
Qualification
Required
Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel are a must), google suite, and general computer skills
Must be able to easily navigate the Internet
Must have prior customer service experience
Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal) with others
Must have previous office experience
Preferred
Knowledge of hunting and fishing regulations
Knowledge of cash register operations and cash handling procedures
Ability to use office equipment (e.g., copiers, scanners, postage, etc)
Ability to organize and prioritize workload
