Act as a membership expert by explaining plan benefits, assisting with renewals, and scheduling seasonal visits
Make Outbound calls on special promotions
Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and chat
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry
Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
