Responsibilities

Driving process rigor, ensure compliance to meet company, program, and security requirements
Driving technical and process rigor for lab configuration
Tracking leading indicator technical metrics to detect and prevent issues
Ensure lab assets meet test requirements for formal testing
Continually coordinate lab status and issues and solutions with the IPT and across IPTs
Continually seek to improve lab integration & test engineering rigor and efficiency
Ensure CRs are properly reviewed for Lab cost & schedule impacts
Support proposal activities

Required

Test Conductor must have 6 years of qualifiable, related professional/military experience OR an Associate of Science degree AND 4 years of qualifiable, related professional/military experience OR Bachelor's degree / military experience AND 2 years of qualifiable, related professional/military experience OR a Master's degree AND 0 years of related professional / military experience
Principal Test Conductor must have 8 years of qualifiable, related professional/military experience OR an Associate of Science degree AND 6 years of qualifiable, related professional/military experience OR Bachelor's degree AND 4 years of related professional / military experience OR a Master's degree AND 2 years of related professional / military experience
Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
Must be flexible, and able to support weekends, multiple shifts, and off hours as dictated by program test activities
Excellent communication skills required, must work well in a team environment, and must work independently to solve a variety of complex problems

Preferred

Active Top Secret clearance
Experience in lab integration and test activities
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with all levels of employees and management
Proposal development
UAS Lab specific System Test experience
MES experience, and management / disposition of customer materials for test
Previous experience working directly with customers and suppliers
Proven leadership skills
