Responsibilities
Manage and organize legal documents and files, ensuring everything is easily accessible and up to date
Gather and summarize information for attorneys, providing them with the insights they need to build strong cases
Draft essential legal documents and maintain clear communication with clients throughout the process
Handle scheduling and maintain case files, keeping everything on track and efficiently managed
File documents promptly and provide administrative support to attorneys, helping the team stay organized
Conduct legal research and assist in drafting documents to support the legal team’s efforts
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Law or current enrollment in Law School
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential
1-2 years of experience as a paralegal; experience in personal injury law is a plus
Familiarity with specific legal practice areas as needed for the role
Proficiency with technology tools for communication and research
Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Availability to work during US business hours
A reliable laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
