Responsibilities
You will provide support and demonstrate knowledge in functional areas of Talent Acquisition focusing on new hire onboarding
You will onboard and support onboarding staff to maintain staffing records, record systems, and reports to Management
You will work closely with recruiters and the Employee Culture team providing responsive and quality customer service to new recruits and hiring managers
You will support TA leadership with administrator functions related to audits and special projects
You will be the first level of escalation from the Staffing Coordinators to help resolve onboarding issues, answer questions, and provide training
You will take the lead on developing new onboarding experiences including researching Funder requirements and set-up of background processes
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma/GED equivalency required
Minimum 3 years of relevant recruitment/staffing & human resources experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
Bilingual preferred
Proficiency with various software including Microsoft Office 365, HRIS software and ADP preferred
