Help Desk Specialist
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to support a DoD program fully funded through 2028, focusing on the Department of the Navy. Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance for laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and other network‑connected equipment
Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, operating systems, Microsoft/Office applications, and VTC systems
Collaborate with employees and leadership to diagnose and resolve IT problems
Support daily operations of the Enterprise Service Desk
Manage service tickets, run scripts, answer incoming calls, and meet established service metrics
Qualification
Required
Active Secret Clearance
At least 1 year of IT support experience
IAT II certification (Security+, CCNA Security, CySA+, or higher-level equivalent)
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, ticketing tools, and general IT support
