Responsibilities
Provide vital administrative support to lawyers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Assist with trial preparations, including organizing case briefs, summarizing depositions, interrogatories, and testimony to help attorneys stay on top of every detail
Conduct research and gather relevant information for cases to keep things moving forward efficiently
Draft and file essential legal documents, making sure everything is accurate and submitted on time
Efficiently manage phone calls, schedules, and deadlines, keeping the team on track and clients informed
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role—legal experience is a plus but not required
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in computer skills and a willingness to learn case management software
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity and confidentiality, with a knack for working well with diverse individuals
You own a reliable laptop or desktop (8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) and have a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
