Responsibilities

Coordinate program scheduling and communications by managing calendar invitations for meetings and events
Assist in the creation and analysis of survey results to inform program improvements
Proofread documentation and communications with keen attention to detail, ensuring clarity, precision, and consistency
Distribute essential promotional resources and program materials to the E&L team to support program delivery
Accurately document meeting notes and prepare comprehensive summaries for stakeholders
Manage various program execution tasks to ensure seamless operations and timely deliverables
Leverage proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint products to optimize documentation and workflow processes
Support continuous process improvements by proactively identifying and addressing operational needs

Required

Be a student who is enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited college/university
Be available to work full-time (40 hours per week) for at least 10 weeks during the summer of 2026
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required
Exceptional organizational skills and proactive approach

Preferred

Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.70/4.0 or higher
